A private, hands-on session on a comfortable table, where I gently move and guide your joints while you stay completely relaxed. It reaches the kind of tension that stretching and massage can’t — deep in the connective tissue and the joints themselves.
This is Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), and it’s one of the most profound resets I can offer. Every session is shaped around what your body is asking for that day — no two are ever the same.
Ideal if: you carry chronic tightness or recurring pain, or you simply want a deep, restorative reset.
Strength That Lasts - Built Only for You
Private 1:1 Movement Coaching
Private, one-to-one training designed entirely around your body and your goals — never off a template. We rebuild strength after injury, bridge the gap from “finished physio” back to full capacity, and train your joints for the long run, so the things you love stay within reach.
It draws on exercise therapy, a rehab-to-fitness approach, and Functional Range Conditioning — a method for building strength through your full range of motion.
